Mentorship Program

Overview

At Bay Cove Human Services, I designed and launched this mentorship program for internal workforce development. The program was created to develop employees and foster a strong community among human service workers.

To kick off the first internal mentorship program, I created 10 mobile app trainings (5 for Mentors and 5 for Mentees) delivered through EdApp. Please see a video version of the interactive Mentor Training on the right.

Attracting Participants

In order to attract participants across a wide-spread and large organization, we utilized multiple methods of outreach. We held virtual Zoom meetings, posted virtual instructional videos (see video to the right) and ensured all Managers knew about the Mentorship Program and informed their staff in person.
