Undergrad

When pursuing my Digital Media Design undergraduate degree, I utilized Shareablee Inc. analytics for several projects. Especially in the SMACC Lab (Social Media Analytics Command Center) at UCONN, I learned how to translate data into accessible and well-designed stories. I worked for "Agency X", which was a student-led content team for UCONN's Digital Media Design (DMD) Program. In my undergrad experience, I also had the opportunity to consult real organizations on their social media analytics (see the Lava MaeX presentation). These experiences not only prepared me for the real world, they were the real world, and this was invaluable as I approached life after graduation.

My First Job, Comscore Inc.

Before it was acquired by Comscore Inc., Shareablee Inc. was a small start-up in New York City. At Shareablee (and later Comscore), I managed client relationships as a Customer Success Analyst. The duties of this role spanned from delivering analytic reports, to providing customer support for the software to informing the engineering team on the clients' user experience. A bulk of my work was creating and presenting detailed slide-decks that helped to inform clients' social media strategy.
